Partner with GEP

Two business partners shaking hands

Building long-term recruitment partnerships between Asia and North Macedonia

GEP is a young recruitment company on the Macedonian market, currently operating with a team of five people and with a clear ambition to become one of the largest and most professional recruitment companies in North Macedonia within the next three years.

Our first goal is to build strong know-how, reliable processes and a stable position on the Macedonian market.

After establishing the model in North Macedonia, our plan is regional expansion.

For this reason, we are looking for a limited number of serious recruitment agencies from Asia with whom we can build stable, long-term cooperation.

Become a GEP Partner

Why work with GEP?

A growing market needs a more professional approach

Demand for workers from Asia in North Macedonia is increasing.

At the same time, a large number of intermediaries operate on the market, often without established companies, transparent processes or a professional approach toward employers.

This creates growing demand from the Macedonian business community for a more serious and organized recruitment partner.

This is the position GEP is working to build.

We have access to the employers

Our focus is turning real employer demand into long-term recruitment cooperation

One of GEP's main advantages is the business network and reputation of the people behind the company.

This allows us to reach Macedonian companies that have a real need for workers.

As GEP grows, we expect the number of companies we work with — and consequently the number of workers required — to grow as well.

The challenge we currently face is different:

We need faster and more predictable delivery of suitable candidates from our recruitment partners in Asia.

That is why we are looking for agencies that can give us clear information, realistic timelines and consistent candidate supply.

The most important information we need from you

How many candidates do you have — and how many days do you need to find the rest?

This is one of the most important parts of our cooperation.

When GEP sends a request for workers, we need to know:

  1. 1How many suitable candidates do you already have available?
  2. 2How many additional candidates need to be recruited?
  3. 3How many days will you need to find the remaining candidates?
  4. 4When can we expect the first candidate profiles?

If you already have the requested candidates available, tell us the exact number.

If additional recruitment is required, tell us how many days you realistically need.

We prefer a realistic answer over an unrealistic promise.

This information allows us to give the Macedonian employer a clear expectation from the beginning and organize the recruitment accordingly.

What we expect from our partners

Clear communication. Suitable candidates. Reliable timelines.

We are looking for agencies that can provide:

  • Candidates according to the requested job profile
  • Clear information about current candidate availability
  • Realistic sourcing timelines
  • Complete and accurate candidate information
  • Updated CVs
  • Candidate introduction videos
  • Relevant diplomas and certificates where applicable
  • Properly prepared documentation
  • Immediate information when a problem or delay occurs
  • Regular communication

We understand that an agency cannot always have every profile immediately available.

That is not a problem.

What matters is knowing:

  • What profiles do you have now?
  • What profiles do you still need to find?
  • How many days will it take?

Speed and predictability matter

Employers need answers, not uncertainty

When a Macedonian company asks GEP for workers, one of the first questions is naturally:

When can you present the candidates?

We want to be able to answer that question with real information.

For example:

Workers required
20
Candidates currently available
8
Candidates still to be recruited
12
Estimated time to find the remaining candidates
? days

That gives us something concrete to communicate to the employer.

The exact number of days may differ depending on the profession and number of workers required.

What matters to us is receiving a realistic estimate from the beginning.

Long-term cooperation, not one-time orders

We want to grow with a small number of strong partners

GEP expects to grow quickly in the coming period and increase the number of client companies in North Macedonia.

Our goal is therefore not to work with a constantly changing list of agencies.

We want to identify a small number of reliable recruitment agencies and develop stronger cooperation with them over time.

Our long-term objective is to build partnerships with agencies that understand how we work, take our requests seriously and can support us as the number of recruitment requests increases.

From North Macedonia to the region

Partners who grow with us today can remain with us tomorrow

Our current focus is North Macedonia.

Our plan is to spend approximately the next two years building the necessary know-how, systems and market position.

After that, our objective is regional expansion.

When this happens, our intention is to expand cooperation with the agencies that have already proven to be reliable partners of GEP.

We want today's recruitment partners to have the opportunity to become tomorrow's strategic regional partners.

Support for workers after arrival

Our relationship with the worker should not end after recruitment

GEP is working on opening new offices in the centre of Skopje.

We also plan to employ two people from Asia, primarily from the countries from which we recruit the largest number of workers.

The purpose is to make communication with recruited workers easier after their arrival in North Macedonia.

Having someone within our team who can communicate more easily with these workers will help us identify and address problems such as:

  • Poor treatment
  • Accommodation issues
  • Delayed salary payments
  • Communication problems
  • Other difficulties during their employment in North Macedonia

We believe that better communication after arrival is important for both the worker and the employer.

Accommodation

We are already planning for the next stage of the market

Accommodation is becoming an increasing challenge as more foreign workers arrive in North Macedonia.

At the same time, more companies want someone else to organize:

  • Accommodation
  • Food
  • Transportation

while they focus on their business and receive one invoice for the service.

GEP is already working toward this model.

Planned capacity by the end of 2027

Approximately 500 workers

with living conditions that include:

  • A reasonable number of people per room
  • Kitchen facilities
  • Shared social areas
  • Multimedia/common areas

Planned capacity by the end of 2028

Approximately 1,500 workers

This is part of our plan to build a more complete system around the recruitment and stay of foreign workers in North Macedonia.

What good cooperation looks like

We want the relationship between GEP and our agency partners to be straightforward.

  1. Tell us how many candidates you have.
  2. Tell us how many more you need to find.
  3. Tell us how many days you need.
  4. Send suitable candidates.
  5. Keep us informed when something changes.

We will provide the same level of communication from our side.

Simple, clear and predictable cooperation allows both companies to work faster and more professionally.

Let's discuss a partnership

If your agency is interested in building long-term cooperation with GEP, we would appreciate being connected with the person responsible for this region within your company.

We can then discuss:

  • Available candidate profiles
  • Recruitment capacity
  • Recruitment timelines
  • Commission
  • Method of communication
  • Way of working
  • Other details of the cooperation
