Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Global Employment Partners, 15 Risto Ravanovski St.
For any questions about your personal data, write to us at globalemploymentpartners@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Request for workers: company details, the contact person's name, email, phone, and the information about positions and working conditions that you enter.
- Booking a meeting: name, company, email, phone and the message you write.
- Partnership application (recruitment agencies): agency name, country, the contact person's name and position, email, phone/WhatsApp, website, and the information about candidate profiles, capacity and the message you enter.
- Email contact: the information you send us in your message.
- Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily to protect the forms from abuse (e.g. mass submissions) and is not stored in our database. The server keeps a technical log of visits (IP address, requested page, time and browser type) for 14 days, used only for security and fixing faults.
- Error log: when you send a form, a technical record is saved of whether sending worked or why it didn't (which fields weren't filled in correctly, not what was in them), together with the browser type; errors in displaying the page are recorded the same way. These records contain no IP address and are deleted after 30 days.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
- To review your request, contact you and organize our cooperation — based on the consent you give in the form and on taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
- To schedule and hold a meeting — based on your consent.
- To review a partnership application and contact you — based on your consent.
- For security and protecting the website from abuse — based on our legitimate interest.
4. Who we share it with
The website and database are hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (European Union), which processes the data only on our behalf.
When you submit a form, we also receive its contents as an email notification via Gmail (Google). Google processes these messages on our behalf and may transfer them outside the EU, with safeguards required by data protection law (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
We may share data with third parties only when this is necessary to fulfil your request (e.g. partners involved in selecting candidates) or when required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to review your request and for the cooperation that follows. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Database backups are deleted automatically after 30 days.
6. How we protect it
The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS), access to submitted requests is restricted to authorized staff with a password, and the server is regularly updated and secured.
7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. The only cookie is a strictly necessary one used when our staff sign in to the administration area.
8. Your rights
At any time you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- request restriction of processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a structured format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to us at globalemploymentpartners@gmail.com. If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency (www.azlp.mk).
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page.
